I totally get the feeling of wanting to make it short but end up with over a hundred images since it happens with my stories all the time xD

But you went for over 500? It does feel more like a multi chapter series than a single story, so it does make sense.

I also never played Animal Crossing, but know how the whole game works and that was enough for me to enjoy it thoroughly.
